We welcomed Pepper Mintz, President and COO of Northern Pharmacy, on for a chat with Nestor as they discuss how her business has been affected during this coronavirus pandemic.

“This coronavirus has thrown everybody off kilter,” Mintz said. “It came in like a storm. You think you’re prepared for something…it was a lot of running around at first, getting laptops for people. We wanted to keep it safe inside.”

Northern Pharmacy has been a local family business for many years and Pepper and her family continue to serve their community as best they can.

“We’re a neighborhood, community pharmacy,” Mintz said. “We’ve always been that, since I was a little girl. That’s the culture that my father created. We’re all family inside the store, and we take care of your family outside the store. We’ve maintained that core value of keeping everything family-oriented. We’re very committed to customer service.”
