The longest week of the year?

August 30, 2007 | WNST Interns

So here we are ONE WEEK away from the first meaningful game of the NFL season. For NFL and Fantasy nuts like me…this is our longest week of the year. It’s that carrot we just can’t reach but get ever so close every time we try. ONE WEEK, 7 Days 168 hours, 10,080 minutes and 604,800 seconds…agony!

At least we do have some great college football action this week. The game I really am eager to see is Notre Dame and Georgia Tech…I am picking the upset now…GT wins this game. ND is the most over-rated football team for the last 10 years.

Starting next Wednesday..look for Fans Fantasy Football’s Weekly Fantasy Report…we will have all your starts, sits, studs and duds…all the info you will need to make the playoffs in your fantasy league and hopefully better!

The cat is out of the bag..Jacoby Jones seemingly is no longer a secret. Don’t worry about him not being the starter…he will be and will be a stud. Another guy to maybe take a flyer on is Ahmad Bradshaw. Brandon Jacobs is a load and for the first time will the starter for the Giants. If he gets hurt or runs out of gas in games Bradshaw may get a look and the kid can play. I know Droughens is there..but he is not a starter in the NFL anymore…if you have room…take a shot…you never know.

Other guys you may want to try:

James Jones WR GB
DeDe Dorsey RB IND

Also if you have not signed up for WNST’s Fantasy Football game…what is wrong with you…you could win a free trip to a 2008 Ravens road game or lots of other prizes…so join today!

Well good luck..and check me out on WNSTv coming soon…
