What do you think of the Kevin Millar cheerleading video for the Red Sox?

Ok, so it is well documented that I am a big Kevin Millar fan.

Well, apparently there has been this big uproar over this video that has been playing on television were he is rooting and telling people to root for the Red Sox and that it is time for them to “Cowboy Up.”

Now as a baseball/Orioles/any fan of a team, how would you feel after seeing this video?

Here is the video.

I am not sure what to think, part of me says — no big deal, while the other part of me understands why you would not want one of your players telling someone to root for an opponent.

I will say this; Millar is still loved and always will be by the Red Sox nation. You have to remember he was the ringleader of the “idiots” that made the run to the World Series, and Boston fans will love him forever for that.

So, I would like for people to tell me what you think of Millar or any athlete being a cheerleader for another team. Imagine if the Steelers were in the Super Bowl and Ray Lewis was on television telling people to believe in the Steelers and not give up on them and saying “let’s go Steelers.”

How would that make you feel?

So leave me comments and tell me how you feel about this video.
